Frank Crawford
Born in the Adirondack region of New York State, Frank Crawford was employed as a factory worker and as a truck driver, when, in his late 30’s he began working on his BS in music performance and education. After graduating from Syracuse University with a BS in Music Education and Performance, Frank taught public school band, chorus, and general music.
Frank left teaching and began a career in the retail sector of the music business, first in retail management, and then, after many years as educational representative to band and orchestra teachers in Central New York, he now services the musical instrument and accessory needs of band and orchestra teachers in the Florida school system.
Frank was married to his wife Julie in 1983, and they have 8 children, (6 girls, 2 boys), and 18 grandchildren!
Frank and Julie have performed music together since 1976, he as a bass player, band leader, keyboard player and sound technician, she as front person and lead vocalist.
Frank and Julie became permanent residents of Port Richey, Florida in December of 2008, and love the Florida lifestyle, which enables them to ride Franks Harley 12 months out of the year! Frank enjoys riding on the coastal and the country roads of western and central Florida, and during those rides he has taken some breathtaking photos of our beautiful state.
The two currently perform as the Julie Crawford Duo in private and public venues along the Gulf Coast of Florida.
