Road Captain Jon Graskewicz

Raised in Southern Illinois. I raced motorcycles, go-carts, and Jalopies. First motorized 2 wheel was a Western Auto mini-bike that I blew up using moth balls in the gas. I was about 9 or 10. That soon was followed by a succession of motorcycles that with bailing wire and ingenuity I would get them to run. My favorites were a 1972 HD Sportster Chopper and my beloved 1948 Indian.

Skipping forward to 1972 married JJ or Jan. 1980 we moved to Florida. Living in Key Largo and working all over Eastern Seaboard not a lot of time for riding Soon returned to two wheels in earnest. Another Indian. Was now accompanied by my favorite riding partner, dive buddy and wife on her own wheels. After recovering from an accident I purchased a new Road King Custom. My 2006 scoot sat in the driveway to force my recovery.

My Motto:

The purpose of life is not to arrive at your grave in a well preserved body...but to slide in sideways screaming; "Hell yes..What a ride"!
